Located in the home of W.W. Kitchin, governor of NC from 1909-1913, The Person County Museum of History has many fascinating exhibits for all ages. Come tour this beautiful eight building campus and see all of our interesting exhibits including: Enos Slaughter, Military History, Doll Gallery, Drs. Merritt Office, Sappony History & African American History, and the New Escape Room just to name a few. Visit today and learn the history of this unique area.
