Designed to inspire hands-on learning through play, the Greensboro Children’s Museum offers a fun, energetic and safe environment for all ages. Located in downtown Greensboro, children can interact with more than 20 exhibits including the 30-foot-tall Neptune XXL Climbers and half-acre Edible Schoolyard garden.
When visiting GCM, your group or class can explore on your own with a Discovery Visit or choose from one of our staff-led field trip programs. Field trip programs are designed to meet NC Essential Standards and Core Curriculum for Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Mystifying students visiting the High Country since the 1948, Mystery Hill features North Carolina’s only known Gravitational Anomaly where objects suspended in midair take more force to move in one direction than the other, along with a fascinating collection of hands-on science activities.
