It’s Corn Maze Season At North Carolina Family Farms

Corn mazes and pumpkin patches are popping up all over North Carolina as family farms from Murphy to Manteo celebrate the end of the growing season.

The arrival of fall brings a new design to the eight-acre corn field maze at Get Lost Corn Maze ( in Albemarle. Here you will also find a pumpkin patch along with a corn pit, playground, picnic shelter and other games. The Corn Maze is open weekends from September to November and field trips by appointment during the week.

In Clinton, the Hubbs Corn Maze ( is actually a collection of corn mazes of varying sizes and difficulty, from toddlers up. Collectively the mazes inspire interactive and educational fun. All field trips include a hayride tour of the farm and a visit to “Animal Acres” where students learn about farm animals.

Maize Adventure in Archdale is known as North Carolina’s most famous corn maze. Your school group will find an entertaining and educational atmosphere that celebrates fellowship while building traditional values. Miles of corn maze pathways guarantee a rewarding experience. Kersey Valley, home of the Maize Adventure, also offers a zipline and laser tag as well as Spookywoods during Halloween.
