Discover Tiger World in Rockwell

Jerry Blackwelder

To provide your students with a different kind of zoo experience, plan a field trip to Tiger World in Rockwell.

The nonprofit animal conservation and educational center is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and preservation of endangered species of animals.

Both guided tours and self-guided tours are available. At Tiger World your students will learn about each animal. They will see the animals in a natural setting running,
swimming, eating, and interacting with Tiger World staff.

The goal of the center is to provide the best environment possible for the endangered animals, and at the same time offer learning opportunities for students.

At Tiger World your students will experience a variety of animals that are in danger of extinction. Your students will come away with a deeper appreciation for the world’s endangered wildlife.
